Ghana’s Acts and Constitution, as the Government published them

The Acts of Ghana and its Constitution, as the original PDFs. Each copy is unchanged from a Government of Ghana website and shows which body provided it, where we got it, when, and a checksum you can verify. You do not need an account.

How these copies are made

  1. From the source. We only take files from Government of Ghana websites — Parliament, the Revenue Authority, the Bank of Ghana and similar. Every page names the body that provided the copy and links back to the exact address.
  2. Unchanged. The file is stored exactly as received. We do not re-typeset, compress or correct it. If we later find that the publisher has changed the file, we keep both copies and show each one.
  3. Checked. Before a copy is listed, its title page is read and matched to the law’s title and number, so a report about an Act, or a bill, is not shown as the Act.
  4. As published, not as amended. A copy is the text on the day it was issued. Later amendments and repeals change the law without changing the PDF; each page lists the ones Amanah has recorded, and that list may be incomplete.

Reading is free. Searching across these with cited answers is what Amanah does. See how Amanah works.
